I’ve lived a few lives…but they’ve all been in the beautiful city of Vancouver.

Before I started my career in Real Estate I was a teacher. I taught drama to students from kindergarten through grade twelve. Prior to teaching I worked in Vancouver theatre as a director, playwright and producer.

Here’s what my passion for theatre has taught me about being a good Realtor: it’s essential to know who the star of the show is.

I put my clients first. Their needs and timetable take centre stage. I never rush them. I work hard to give them everything they need to make the best choice.

I understand how stressful buying or selling a home can be. When you’re unsure about the market and who to trust, you can be fearful, even paralyzed. You shouldn’t have the added pressure of a Realtor with his or her own agenda. I promise to treat you the way I would want to be treated and make your long-term good the priority.

I know homes inside and out. I’m not just a Realtor, I’m a Licensed Contractor who builds and remodels home. I use my expertise as a contractor to help you evaluate the quality of a home, estimate the cost of repairs, navigate zoning and city codes, and make the best decision about buying or selling.

For me, the Lower Mainland isn’t just a market. I was born and raised here. It’s my community and I’ve seen the changes and growth first-hand. I’ve helped people just like you navigate the market in a way that gives security and confidence.
